garantie: Generally, Aruba policy does not provide partners with the ability to return Aruba products. This applies to product over-purchases, new or open-box returns refused by the end user customer and products ordered in error. Aruba considers all purchases final upon shipment.
If an end user customer experience a product failure, the Aruba warrenty will provide a replacement for that product within our guidelines. This replacement will be provided directly to the end user customer by Aruba TAC.
All Return Material Autorizations (RMA) must be approved and provided in advance by either Aruba TAC or Order Management.
** Aruba TAC will only handle defective RMAs under proper entitlement.
To obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, contact ArubaTAC and provide the following information: • Product model number for the defective hardware • Product serial for the defective hardware • System serial number of the base unit • Decription of failure and troubleshooting performed to isolate cause • Customer (or recipient) ship-to-address • Contact name • Contact phone, fax, and e-mail • Appropriate diagnostic data as requires by Aruba TAC • Replacement will be shipped via BEST WAY internationally • Return must be in full to prevent delays • LLW is covered only for certain products.
