1. First return RMA/Defective products back to Copaco.
2. Copaco sends credit note to you.
3. Quarterly/monthly, Copaco contacts TP-Link Netherlands about RMA/Defective products return. TP-Link NL will instruct Copaco how to return RMA/Defective products to TP-Link warehouse.
4. TP-Link NL will send credit note to Copaco afterwards.
PS : TP-Link B2B products have life time warranty, B2C products normally have 3 year warranty. If products are out of warranty, Copaco & TP-Link don’t have responsibility to exchange for customers.
