garantie: Contour Design RMA Process: • Contour Design handles all RMA and DOA related issues directly with the customer (end-user) • Contour Design’s distributors are responsible for informing the resellers of Contour Design products that they should refer their customers directly to Contour Design for any support or product-related issues • The distributor and/or the reseller should not accept products in return* from end-users and then seek credit** for the products • Instead, Contour Design will accept the support ticket from the customer/end-user and make sure the issue is resolved quickly and with the highest quality • In any case where the issue cannot be solved due to a defective product, and the product is within warranty, Contour Design will replace the product and ship a new unit directly to the customer from our warehouse
* Return in this case means accepting a failed/defective product, and giving out a new product for replacement. Returns of working units, due to e.g. customer changing mind or not liking the product is not covered by this RMA procedure
** Credit will not be given for products that are collected as returns, without involvement from Contour Design
